General:
- Products sold are strictly not refundable and not exchangeable. We also do not do swap trading at the moment.
- Exchange is only applicable if customer has received a different item ordered.
- Pls confirm your orders before sending us your orders.
- No cancellation of orders once the order has been processed/spree is closed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of orders.
- No changing of orders once payment is made.
- Prices stated do not include delivery fees (local postage services).
Local Postage Charge:
Normal mail (S$1.50 per item, subsequent item @ $0.50 )
Registered mail (S$3.50 per item, subsequent item @ $0.50 )
However, if your item is heavy, we'll inform you of the mail charges accordingly via email. Note: No postage for items that are 2KG and above. Pls opt for meetups instead. - Delivery will only be made after full payment is received.
- Meet up is available at my convenience.
- Little Pink Purse is not responsible for any items lost during the delivery. Buyers are recommended to select Registered Local Mail if they prefer more security in their purchases.
- Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer. Buyers may choose POSB, OCBC or UOB as their choice of Bank. Cash on Delivery is unavailable at the moment.
- Items will be sent out within 3 working days upon receipt of your payment.
- Do note that there might be slight colour difference due to the different monitor's lighting and resolution.
Additional T&C for Sprees:
- Spree will be done only if orders are more than 30 pcs. We will indicate and update the total no. of orders on the blog on a prompt basis. Status of closed sprees will also be updated at “Closed Sprees” once we received updates from sellers.
- Orders will not be accepted once sprees are closed.
- We reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is poor. Full refunds will be made.
- Pls ensure that the item code corresponds to the colour that you are ordering and that the URL link for your item is working. If possible, pls include photo of the item.
- Encode all chinese wordings in BIG5 characters in your email. Alternatively, please ensure that your chinese wordings are readable in your Microsoft Word Doc Attachment.
- Due to mass production, kindly allow for 2-3cm difference in measurements.
- Pls state an alternative if any, else we'll refund you the full amt accordingly if ur item is oos.
- Pls note that some Taiwan sellers take 1-2 months to deliver the items. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
- Exchange rate now for TWD is 19 = S$ 1
- Pls note that there's a 3% credit card (input & output) charge by Taiwan sellers' system which is payable to the seller, not Little Pink Purse.
- We will be collecting S$3 per pc for the shipping.
- Shipping fee from Taiwan will be determined by the number of pieces you ordered.
- No payment, no order.
